Dear Colleague,
It is my pleasure to introduce to you an independent dental performance coaching company, Northwest Professionals. Northwest Professionals was founded in 1997 by Melissa Pavey after seeing the tremendous need for practical tools and solutions to the myriad of issues facing today’s dental practice-especially those either specializing in or transitioning to cosmetic dentistry services.
While Northwest Professionals has spent several years researching the philosophical and theoretical background for the tools and systems that it has developed, we strongly believe in a "tell-show-do" methodology approach. In addition to applying this methodology we believe the true way to help our clients see quicker and effective results is our ability to work right in your office as "working consultants", providing us the opportunity to interact with not only your team but your valued patients as well.
Northwest Professionals has had great experiences working directly in dental practices presenting large cases both cosmetic and restorative while providing essential "tools" that the dental office can use in all phases of their dental practice.
Additionally, Northwest Professionals is pleased to be an affiliate and member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Northwest Professionals has had the great opportunity to offer coaching and consulting systems to two of Washington’s Accredited and Fellow members of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as Summit Study Group members alike.
